No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our work and the labor involved:
- All completed services are non-refundable.
- If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can address the concern.
- We are committed to making things right whenever possible, but refunds are not guaranteed once service has been performed.
The Sage Scoop operates year-round in most weather conditions.
•Services will continue during light rain, cold temperatures, and normal seasonal conditions.
•In cases of severe weather (heavy snow accumulation, lightning, unsafe ice conditions, flooding, etc.), service may be postponed for safety.
•If we must skip a visit due to severe weather, your yard will be cleaned on your next scheduled service day.
•Accumulation from missed visits due to weather does not qualify for discounted service, as additional time and labor will be required.

At The Sage Scoop, we value your time and appreciate you valuing ours as well. To keep routes running smoothly and efficiently for all of our clients, we ask that you follow the guidelines below.
Rescheduling:
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a service. We will do our best to accommodate your requested change based on route availability. Rescheduled services may be moved to the next available service day within your area.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service charge up to the full service amount, as your spot has been reserved on our route.
Same-Day Issues:
If our Scoop Specialists arrive and are unable to complete the service due to:
•Unsecured pets
•Locked gates (if access was not previously arranged).
•Obstructed or unsafe yard conditions.
The visit may be charged as a completed service since time and travel have already been allocated. We understand that life happens and will always work with you when possible. Our goal is to provide consistent, reliable service while keeping our routes efficient for everyone.
We understand that you may travel or need a temporary pause in service.
•We require at least 48 hours’ notice to place services on hold.
•Services may be paused for a minimum of one full billing cycle.
•If service is paused for more than 30 days, a reactivation or initial cleanup fee may apply depending on yard condition upon return. To maintain route availability, long-term holds are not guaranteed to keep your original service day.
Year-Round Service Commitment
Pet waste cleanup is necessary year-round, even in colder months. The Sage Scoop continues service through fall and winter to prevent excessive accumulation that becomes more difficult and time-consuming to manage in spring. Seasonal buildup may result in additional charges if service has been skipped for extended periods.
